180-Day Product Warranty

Nukit 222 products have a 180-Day warranty against manufacturing defects when the product is used as intended.

However, please contact us if you encounter any problems. We will do our absolute best to take care of you. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality and responsive after-sales customer service & support.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

Nukit 222 products have an initial 30-Day return policy to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, no questions asked. Items returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please refer to ‘General Returns Information’ below for more details.

General Returns Information

  1. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. Products that show signs of use will not be accepted.
  2. You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To start a return process, contact us at sales@machineryenchantress.com
  4. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  5. We will refund return shipping costs on approved product returns. However, customers are responsible for mailing the returned package at a local post office or with a courier service.
  6. We do not offer prepaid return shipping labels.

Damages, Defects and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

You will be notified when we’ve received the returned product. You’ll receive another notification once the inspection of the returned product is complete and if the refund is approved or unsuccessful.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and complete the refund.
